Great opportunities for chefs looking to move to daytime roles in both central and South Dublin (accessible by Luas). Candidates should be at least Jr Sous Chef level with a solid background in busy, upscale destinations, minimum of two years’ experience. Senior level Chefs will also have a proven track record of strong kitchen and team management with experience overseeing stock management, budgets, HACCP, H&S and relevant training.
