Job Title: Chef de Partie
This is an exciting opportunity to join the kitchen team at an Irish luxury resort. This role would be responsible for the smooth running of a section of the kitchen and the maintenance of the high standards of cuisine and hygiene expected in the establishment. You will prepare all ingredients and dishes to the required specifications, and accommodate all special requirements made by guests as needed.
The successful candidate will have:
- A minimum of two to three years’ experience as a Chef de Partie within the hotel industry
- Excellent knowledge of HACCP
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Fluency in English, both oral and written
- Flexibility in their working hours
