Job Title: Chef de Partie
Excellent opportunity as Chef de Partie within this multinational airline catering company based in North Dublin.
This role will be responsible for various aspects of food production (preparation, cooking, presentation), and maintaining all quality and hygiene regulations (HACCP,etc).
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role, ie Chef de Partie for a contract catering company, production kitchen or high volume 4/5 star hotel kitchen.
You will also demonstrate a high level of creativity with a constant desire to innovate, bringing a track record of exposure to various world cuisines. Further qualities include superior organisational and leadership skills as well as the proven ability to consistently provide a high quality offering.
Working hours are 40 hours a week, 5 over 7 days Sunday to Saturday, day time shifts available.
