Salary: €24,000 – €28,000

The ideal candidate will have a creative flair for food and an excellent knowledge on kitchen management, great leadership skills and the ability to work in a pressurised kitchen environment.

In particular we require the successful candidate to be enthusiastic and motivated, as well as having:

  • The ability to prepare food to a high quality and take pride in their work
  • Commitment to quality and presentation of food 
  • An interest in food production and menu planning
  • A thorough understanding of and commitment to HACCP and kitchen hygiene
  • The ability to develop and suggest ideas for potential new menu items
  • The ability to easily work on own initiative or as part of a team
