This idyllic countryside destination is a lovely spot for a leisurely meal or spot of tea featuring fresh-baked goods and local produce. They now require a Chef/Chef Manager who shares their passion for freshly prepared, wholesome and altogether delicious food. They can get very busy over lunch and so require a chef who can run a kitchen calmly and efficiently during a busy service, maintaining top F&B quality throughout.

Candidates should have a minimum of three years’ experience as Head Chef/Chef Manager/Main Chef in a popular dining destination (ie upscale café, bistro) with a focus on using fresh, local produce.
