We are currently recruiting a Chef Manager for this specialist nursing home with 100+ residents. Managing a team of seven, this role is responsible for the smooth delivery of a very high quality food offering catering to patient requirements.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced Unit Manager/Chef who is an extremely organised and capable hands-on manager. Previous experience of working within patient care an advantage. Further candidate attributes include:

• Good knowledge of HACCP & Food Safety regulations
• Proven track record of managing GP, labour costs, menu costs etc
• Excellent team leadership and communication skills
• Customer/Patient-oriented approach
