Chef de Partie

This established fresh food production facility in Co. Wexford is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join its expanding team. This is a full-time, permanent role with excellent work-life balance, Monday to Friday with shifts from 5am–2pm or 11am–7pm. Own transport is required for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and complete daily food production in line with recipes and quality standards.
- Ensure stock is prepared, rotated, and managed efficiently.
- Maintain strict hygiene, HACCP, and food safety standards.
- Support team training and flexibility across production areas.
- Uphold company policies, safety regulations, and brand values.
- Ensure all documentation and production records are accurately maintained.
About You:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a food production or kitchen environment (preferred).
- Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Reliable, organised, and able to work efficiently in a busy team.
