This is a brand new role for a HR Manager for two hotels, one in Dublin and one in the West of Ireland, this role to be based in Co Sligo.

They are both 4* leisure Hotels with good reputations and the HR Manager will come on board to be responsible for coordinating the HR services within the properties and ensuring the delivery of HR practices, procedures and solutions within the organisation, consistent with all statutory requirements, best practice and company policy. There will be HR administration support in both Hotels.

The successful candidate will have a CIPD qualification with at least three years’ experience in a senior HR managerial role, preferably at group level within the hospitality industry. You will demonstrate excellent reporting skills and keen financial acumen as well as a comprehensive understanding of employment law legislation.

This may suit a HR Professional who is looking for a hybrid role.
