Cluster Revenue Manager

We have a great opportunity for an experienced hotel Revenue Manager with this rapidly expanding accommodation provider with properties across Europe. The Cluster Revenue Manager will fully manage the revenue function for a minimum of five properties, increasing the profitability of each property and ensuring all revenue targets are met or exceeded.
Key responsibilities:
- To reach and exceed revenue management and profitability targets per property.
- Understand competitor set and develop strategies to stay ahead of the market.
- Ability to interpret business analytics into meaningful strategy to improve performance utilising tools such as Ideas G3, Optix, PowerBi, Co-Star, OTA Insights/Lighthouse & Travelclick.
- Management of rates and inventory in all distribution channels.
- Create and maintain rate codes for all rates, packages and promotions in Opera and Channel Manager.
- In absence of Regional Revenue Manager, ability to lead Revenue Strategy Meetings with Operations and Sales teams.
- Assist with ad hoc revenue projects, when required.
- Maintain and develop relationships with 3rd party partners.
- Develop and explore revenue opportunities through direct channels.
- Coordinate with Sales Teams, Digital Team and partner agencies in the execution of all distribution activities and implementing new initiatives to support hotels distribution and segment optimisation strategies.
- Conduct pricing audits with contracted vendor to monitor and report on rate parity to ensure agreements set are being adhered to.
The ideal candidate:
- Minimum of three years’ management experience in any of the following: Rooms Division / Revenue Management / Reservations.
- Recognized qualification in Hotel & Catering, leisure or hospitality, operations management.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and effectively handle multiple, concurrent demands and appropriately prioritise responsibilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, able to work on own initiative as well as part of a team.
- Previous experience in a target-driven role.
- Familiarity with forecasting / budgets / management accounts.
- Experienced and confident presentation skills.
- Strong IT skills with familiarity of any of the following: Opera, Ideas G3 RMS, Travelclick, OTA Insights/Lighthouse, Siteminder, Co-Star, PowerBi or equivalent.
