Job Title: Conference & Banqueting Manager
This four star hotel in Dublin with large function space is looking to hire a dedicated C&B Manager for the property.
Responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring the efficient set up of all meeting and function rooms, as per guest needs
- Leading and motivating the Conference & Banqueting team members
- Liaising with the Events team to ensure guest requirements are delivered
- Ensuring all event F&B needs are correct and delivered on time
- Providing training to team members within the department
- Managing the department rosters, costs and payroll
- Ensuring department budgets and forecasts are achieved
- Liaising with all departments to ensure the smooth operation of the hotel
The ideal candidate will have previous Conference & Banqueting management experience in a four star hotel, managing large-scale conference and banqueting events.
