Job Title: Conference & Events Manager - Co. Kildare

This very popular luxury property is looking for an experienced Conference and Events Manager to lead the successful operations of the property’s events and functions and to manage the C&E department. Key responsibilities within this role will be establishing high standards of service for all team members within the department and developing and implementing service policies and procedures for the department.

The ideal candidate will hold a degree/diploma in Hotel Management (or equivalent) and will have previous 4/5 star experience within Conference & Events in a managerial role.  Must have great attention to detail and be accustomed to working to strict deadlines with the ability to manage and motivate a large team.  Will have a proven track record with sales targets, budgets and results. The ability to multi-task and report to senior hotel management should be proven skills.
