We have a great opportunity for an ambitious senior sales manager specialising in corporate and conference sales. This role is responsible for maximising the corporate and conference sales of two properties, with strong potential for further career progression within the group. This is a senior hotel management role reporting to the GM and Commercial Director.

Key focus of this role will be targeting conference business opportunities from new companies, industries, professional bodies and associations, as well as further developing the strong corporate market with both new and existing clients.  

The successful candidate will be a proven hotel sales manager with at least three years’ experience in a quality hotel with established corporate and conference business. Must be a highly self-driven, target-oriented hospitality professional with a proven track record of sales success. Will demonstrate excellent influencing and negotiation skills along with a client-focused approach. Must have excellent knowledge of the the Dublin market.
