They now seek a Country Sales Manager to take ownership of propelling the company to new heights, ensuring a trajectory of sustainable growth.
Key responsibilities:
- Pinpoint and seize growth opportunities within the market.
- Grow and nurture Key Accounts at the HQ Level.
- Establish robust organisational structures, recruit top-tier talent, source innovative ideas and tools externally, and foster the development of unique strategies.
- Actively champion the core mission: envisioning a future devoid of food waste, seek to adopt strategic stances that significantly impact the wider ecosystem.
- Lead, empower, challenge and motivate the team, encouraging excellence and innovation.
The ideal candidate:
- At least five years’ experience at senior management level within the food/hospitality industry, ie Executive Chef, Director of F&B, General Manager.
- Demonstrable understanding of the food industry landscape.
- Keen interest in / experience of sustainability measures.
- Proven team leader, renowned for dynamic growth leadership and agility, with a knack for identifying and maximising the potential of team members in their ideal roles.
- A strategic mindset with excellent prioritisation, analytical and planning skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills across all key stakeholders and colleagues.
- A history of steering organisations through periods of significant growth.
- An appreciation for operational challenges, motivated by continuous improvement and optimisation.
- Energetic, efficient and results-oriented.
