Job Title: Culinary Lead

We are looking for a highly experienced, multi-talented chef to take on this prime role as Culinary Lead of this fast-growing food outlet specialist.

Based in Dublin Airport, this role will oversee a team of Head Chefs and will be responsible for ensuring that the company offers a bespoke F&B offering featuring the best of Irish produce and culinary trends while maintaining profitable kitchen operations across the group’s outlets. This role requires deep experience and knowledge of everything from menu and kitchen design to brand management to kitchen finances and best practices. 

The successful candidate will have at least five years’ experience in a senior chef role, ie Executive Head Chef/Group Head Chef/Culinary Director with a background in hotels, restaurants and catering specialists featuring high quality, high volume dining. Group and brand experience required. Must be a highly proven team leader with excellent people management and motivational skills.
