Our client, a prestigious Irish property, is seeking an exceptional Director of Food & Beverage to lead their dynamic team and elevate the guest experience across all outlets.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead all Food & Beverage operations — restaurants, bars, C&B, and Room Service — ensuring five-star service at every touchpoint.
• Drive commercial success through smart cost control, revenue generation and innovative strategies.
• Partner with the Executive Chef and senior F&B leaders to shape and execute the department’s vision.
• Champion training, development and a culture of continuous learning.
• Collaborate with HR to attract, develop and retain top hospitality talent.
• Build strong relationships with local suppliers to craft an authentic, locally inspired F&B experience.
• Maintain the highest standards of quality, safety and compliance (including HACCP).
• Harness technology and systems to optimize performance and guest satisfaction.

What You’ll Bring:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as Director of Food & Beverage / Director of Operations or equivalent role in a large, full-service luxury hotel property.
• Demonstrable knowledge of 5-star service levels.
• Keen financial acumen with proven track record of managing budgeting, payroll, forecasting etc.
• Inspirational leadership skills with a hands-on, team-first approach.
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
• Excellent knowledge of the Irish hospitality market.
