Job Title: Duty Manager
We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated and hardworking individual with a desire to provide excellent customer service, and a proven ability to lead and motivate staff. Responsibilities include assisting in the smooth running of the Hotel on your shift, dealing with guest queries, meeting and greeting clients as well as running functions and conferences.
The ideal candidate must have strong customer service skills, ability to work under pressure, on their own initiative, have a passion for the hospitality business, attention to detail and have previous experience gained from a 4* or 5* Hotel property.
A qualification in hospitality management is preferred and relevant experience in a similar property is essential.
You must be flexible to work shifts to include early mornings, late nights, weekends and bank holidays.
