Job Title: Duty Manager
Salary: €30,000 – €35,000
This Galway hotel is searching for a Food and Beverage Duty Manager to join their team.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced hospitality professional with strong Food & Beverage management in particular and excellent customer service standards.
You will be able to deal with any guest queries or complaints and manage accordingly to the satisfaction of the guest. You will also ensure the safety of all guests and employees by complying with all hotel Health and Safety regulations.
This is hands on role responsible for coordinating staffing, costs and budgets across the Restaurant and Bar teams, while providing leadership and standards management to all staff members.
We are looking for someone who has experience in both Food & Beverage (supervisor level or higher) and Duty Manager roles in four star hotel properties.
