Job Title: Executive Chef
Prestigious opportunity to join this premium Dublin venue as Executive Chef. We are looking for a top chef who takes real pride in their work and is equally dedicated to both hospitality and cuisine. In addition to ensuring the highest standard of kitchen and team management, this role will also have a front-facing aspect, actively engaging with guests and ensuring their satisfaction and delight with the F&B offering. The role will also work closely with the department head on plans to further develop the business.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in high-end restaurants/hotels/venues. Will be equally versed in both kitchen admin/management and culinary know-how, showing a creative flair for menu development.
This role consists of a mix between office hours (10am-6pm) and shift work. Good benefits with this role including pension, uniform allowance, mainly sociable hours on shift days (9pm finish), car parking space for the occasional late night shifts as well as other company perks.
