With significant restaurant renovation plans in place for later in the year, this is a very exciting time to join this stylish four star on the Wild Atlantic Way. A favourite leisure hotel destination, it offers a selection of dining outlets from casual family options to formal dining for that special occasion. They now seek a creative, dedicated Executive Chef to oversee the management of the hotel’s total culinary operations (restaurants, bar and busy C&B), training & supervision of staff and food quality.

The ideal candidate will have at least five years’ experience as Head Chef/Executive Chef of a busy 4/5 star hotel with multiple F&B outlets and will have a proven track record of managing kitchen budgets and meeting/exceeding targets. In addition to culinary mastery and creativity, you will be a passionate, effective leader with excellent people and communication skills.
