Job Title: Head Chef

We are looking for an Head Chef for a business client of this top catering company.  The focus will be on offering an innovative and healthy menus that continually impresses the clients and staff in this Dublin city centre sites. 

This will suit a creative and on-trend Head Chef with a strong background in high-end and volume catering.  In addition, you will be a proven kitchen manager, able to lead and inspire an efficient team, meet all targets and manage HACCP and kitchen procedures. You will be responsible for developing menus, food purchase specifications and recipes along with monitoring of food quality and hygiene standards in all areas. 

Requirements: 

  • Minimum  of 10 years kitchen experience, 2 within a  Head Chef role
  • Experience as a Head Chef within business and industry, catering or hotel environment 
  • Experience within a high volume environment
  • Experience developing and leading sustainable and healthy dining
  • Excellent presentation and culinary skills
  • Proven ability to teach and coach others within the kitchen

Working hours will be predominantly day time Monday – Friday 40 hours per week but there will be some evening and hospitality events also.
