Job Title: Executive Head Chef

We have a wonderful role for a highly experienced and talented Executive Chef with this acclaimed hotel in the stunning West of Ireland. Boasting a variety of F&B outlets from elegant to casual, they now require an Executive Head Chef to take full responsibility for the entire management involved in running this department.
Key areas of responsibility include:
- Food development: develop the food product, introduce food trends
- Supervision of all phases of food production, ensuring highest levels of food quality in all outlets
- Hygiene
- GP% & payroll targets
- Team development: training, appraisals, communication, monthly dept meetings, SOP’s, etc.
- Team admin: rotas and shift management, holiday allocation, payroll etc
The ideal candidate will have over 10 years’ experience as Head Chef with at least five years as Executive Chef of a luxury four star hotel with quality F&B outlets. Must demonstrate a proven track record of efficient kitchen management and meeting all department targets. Further candidate attributes include:
