Job Title: Executive Head Chef - Munster
Our client is currently searching for the best Executive Chef there is to join the team of this 5* Luxury Resort in Munster and inject style in to the offering!
As Executive Chef you will:
- Provide direction for all day to day kitchen operations,
- Train, develop and motivate team to exceed food standards,
- Ensure Culinary standards and responsibilities are achieved,
- Responsible for seasonal menu development and improving kitchen standards,
- Ensure all HACCP and Health and safety regulations are adhered to,
- Review staffing levels to ensure that guest service, operational needs and financial objectives are met,
- Responsible for budgeting, forecasting and ordering of all kitchen products,
- Interact with Banquet chef and Food and Beverage department on training regarding food knowledge and menu composition.
This is an excellent role for an Experienced Executive Head Chef with a 5* background who understands volume and current food trends, capable of marrying the two.
