Job Title: Executive Sous Chef
Salary: €50,000 – €55,000
This leading Dublin five star hotel has a great opportunity available for a top notch Executive Sous Chef. This role is responsible for helping to ensure the kitchen team consistently delivers the highest standards of quality in both food production and service to guests and other employees.
With several premium F&B outlets on site, the Executive Sous Chef will assist the Executive Head Chef in managing daily operations such as purchasing, preparation, menu creation and team management to name a few.
We are looking for a seasoned Sous Chef with at least four years’ experience in a senior kitchen role at a luxury five star hotel/destination with high quality, high volume food production over several F&B outlets.
