Job Title: Executive Sous Chef
Salary: €45,000 – €50,000
The extremely popular and stylish hotel on the scenic West Coast are looking for an experienced Executive Sous Chef to join their kitchen team.
This is a great opportunity for an Executive Sous Chef who will assist the Executive Head Chef in the management of the entire kitchen including overall culinary operations, training & supervision of staff and food quality.
The ideal candidate will come from a busy hotel at 4 or 5 star level with restaurant, bar, room service and banqueting outlets and be a motivated leader with excellent people and kitchen management skills.
Excellent culinary technique and meticulous attention to detail are required, alongside strong communication skills.
