Job Title: Facilities Manager - Co. Kildare

Location: Leinster

Salary: €50,000+

We are currently seeking a highly experienced Facilities Manager for this large full-service luxury resort destination. The role is responsible for ensuring the resort is kept to the highest of standards at all time through effective management and leadership of the maintenance team. Further specific responsibilities include:

  • Ensure maintenance schedules are complete and delegating tasks to team members
  • Daily upkeep of the buildings on the Resort
  • Maintaining relationships with external contractors
  • Ensuring the safety and security of Team Members & Guests with effective Health & Safety and Fire Standards
  • Responding to emergencies and troubleshooting

The successful candidate will have at least three years’ experience in a similar senior level role (Facilities Director, Director of Engineering etc) with extensive experience of a full-service, large property (multi-building, swimming pool, golf course, landscaping etc). Further candidate attributes include:

  • Strong knowledge of general maintenance and troubleshooting
  • Enthusiastic, motivated and hardworking individual with a strong commitment to quality and high standards
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships
  • Fluent English, both oral and written
  • Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast paced environment
  • Flexible with working hours as required
