This distinguished Cork four-star hotel is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Operations Manager to oversee all F&B operations from restaurant to bar, banqueting to room service. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement business plans, sales strategies and promotions to maximise revenue and guest satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends and maintain high operational standards across all outlets.
• Manage budgets, control costs and drive departmental profitability.
• Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing F&B team.
• Partner with HR to recruit and onboard top talent.
• Ensure compliance with all Health & Safety, HACCP and hygiene standards.
• Collaborate with the Head Chef, Sales & Marketing and other departments to enhance the guest offering.
• Maintain all outlets and equipment in line with health, safety and licensing regulations.
• Act as Duty Manager when required.

Candidate Profile:

• Proven F&B management experience within a hotel or similar hospitality environment.
• Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Commercially astute with excellent financial and cost-control capabilities.
• In-depth understanding of guest service standards and current F&B trends.
• Organised, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent communicator and problem-solver.
