Job Title: F&B Operations Manager
We are currently recruiting a dynamic Food and Beverage Operations Manager to assist the DOFB in the effective operational management of all F&B outlets. This role works on achieving and consistently improving on the service standards, revenue and guest satisfaction targets.
The successful candidate will have deep knowledge of F&B services and products with a proven track record of managerial success in top 4/5 star properties. Further requirements include:
- A degree or diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent
- Experience in managing payroll budgets and forecast revenue
- Proven leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate the team to achieve high levels of performance and exceed targets
- Accountable and resilient, with high energy and enthusiasm
- Ability to work under pressure
