We are currently recruiting an experienced field sales professional for this innovative fintech company offering hospitality solutions. The Field Sales Representative will visit hospitality businesses in their specified region, both warm and cold calling to offer added value to their businesses through the promotion of the company’s products and services, completing the full sale on the day while providing the best experience and tailor-made package for the customer. 

Basic salary for this role is €35K, but with an uncapped bonus and commission structure, an experienced field sales dynamo could earn up to €65K!

Key responsibilities:

• Self-generate business opportunities, identifying new business and building long-term relationships
• Meet and exceed sales targets to earn high commissions and rewards
• Provide excellent service and match products and pricing with customer needs
• Be efficient and organised

The ideal candidate will have at least two years’ experience in a Field Sales position with proven track record of success in cold calling. Experience within fintech / payment services a strong advantage. Must have a proven track record in meeting all sales targets and be hungry for commission. Will demonstrate ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic and demanding sales environment and maintain high performance.
