Job Title: FOH Manager
We have a lovely opportunity with this popular city-centre property featuring freshly refurbished rooms. They would love a commercially-minded, rate-savvy Front of House Manager to lead the FOH team (Reception, Accommodation and Porters) in offering a superior guest experience while also ensuring the hotel’s rate maximisation. Experience with event management an added advantage.
The successful candidate will be a senior Front Office / FOH Manager with at least two years’ experience of managing an entire FOH team at a quality hotel property. An understanding of sound revenue management practices is a strong advantage.
Will demonstrate excellent training and motivational skills, leading from the front as a hands-on manager. Proficiency with Hotsoft / Opera / Open table / Booking.com preferred.
Off-street parking available with this role, and advantageous daytime hours, Mon – Fri, are on offer for the right candidate.
