We are looking for a professional Operations Manager to be responsible for managing of the following department F&B, FO and Housekeeping

The Operations Manager will be responsible for the production and presentation of the hotel business plan and budget in-conjunction with the relevant department heads

Responsibilities 

  • Manage responsible departments to ensure that all the day-to-day operations are operated within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards
  • Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service
  • Up-selling initiatives for the department to ensure products are sold with a higher profit margin
  • Stock Management- ensure all variances to stock are followed up & action taken.
  • Control & Manage payroll budgets
  • Control costs in line with budget
  • Identify customers’ needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns
  • Lead the team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel

Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a similar role F&B/ Hospitality management qualification is a distinct advantage
