Job Title: Food & Beverage Duty Manager
Salary: €30,000 – €35,000
This new role for Food & Beverage Duty Manager is based in a busy Dublin City Centre hotel.
It’s a role that will work closely with the senior management team in a supportive manner. The right person will need to have extensive F&B operations experience of at least three or four years within a hotel or restaurant operation.
As Food & Beverage Duty Manager, you will be accountable to the front of house and kitchen operation ensuring the smooth running of these departments as well as working duty manager shifts.
