They now require an experienced and enthusiastic Food & Beverage Manager to develop and maximise opportunities in all F&B outlets; develop, lead and motivate the F&B team; and ensure the achievement of all key F&B targets. Key overall responsibilities will include:

• Work closely with the F&B team to expand and develop current product offerings, create new ideas and promotions to generate new revenue streams
• Plan, organise, control and review all service and systems to provide the best possible service to guests
• Lead a large team with enthusiasm, eagerness and genuine care for guests, thus ensuring their needs are at the forefront of the business
• Oversee the day-to-day operation of F&B outlets, ensuring they are adequately staffed and supervised, covering for HOD in their absence

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years’ experience in F&B management within a four star hotel, hotel/catering management qualification an advantage.  You must be able to demonstrate a proven track record in managing costs, GP’s and budgets and possess exceptional leadership and communication skills.
