We are currently recruiting a Food & Beverage Manager for this Dublin four star hotel and dining establishment, popular with both locals and visitors for its charming hospitality, well-executed menu and central location.

Reporting to the General Manager, this role is responsible for:

• Overseeing food service
• Managing food & beverage operations, ensuring exceptional customer service
• Providing ongoing training, building a strong, cohesive team
• Working closely with the GM to elevate the customer experience and drive trade by ensuring consistent, memorable dining experiences for all guests 
• Ensuring that all financial targets are met through efficient management of all costs, wastage etc

The ideal candidate:

• At least two years’ experience as F&B Manager / Operations Manager within a quality hotel property or large, high-volume restaurant with very high F&B and service standards
• Full of passion and enthusiasm for the Dublin restaurant scene
• A proven track record of management success, demonstrating strong team leadership and motivation skills

• Excellent organization and time management skills

• A genuine people person with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
