Job Title: Front Office Manager

This luxury five star hotel is looking to hire an experienced Front Office Manager who will ensure the smooth operation of the Front Office department. Leading from the front, this role is responsible for managing, training & developing the Front Office team to consistently deliver five star service for each guest.

The ideal candidate will have at least two years’ experience as a Front Office Manager in a four or five star hotel, qualification in hospitality management an advantage. In addition to stellar customer service skills, you will have excellent organisational, administrative and IT skills (Hotsoft an advantage). You will also be a creative problem solver, able to think on your feet and resolve all issues to the guest’s satisfaction. Full, clean driver’s licence is essential for this role.
