Job Title: Front Office Manager

We have a great opportunity for a Front Office Manager with genuine customer-focused attitude to manage the day to day operations this large, busy property. Key responsibilities will include managing and delivering a quality reception service, delivering exceptional guest support service, overseeing a rigorous property management regime, and managing a vibrant summer business activity providing high quality guest accommodation.

The ideal candidate will have at least two years’ experience in a Front Office management role in a large hotel/property with a third level qualification in hotel/tourism/business. Must demonstrate good understanding of property maintenance and keen multi-tasking ability as well as excellent customer service skills.

This role would suit a hotel manager looking for a better work/life balance with no late nights and most weekends off, as well as all bank holidays, Christmas holidays, Easter break etc. Other key benefits include sports membership, company pension, and an academic year calendar (nine months).
