Job Title: Front Office Manager

This luxury four star boutique property is currently recruiting a Front Office Manager to ensure a quality guest experience through the smooth operation of the front desk. Reporting to the Group Reservations Manager, the Front Office Manager will ensure the effective implementation of all front office standard of performance procedures. Daily responsibilities include:

  • Oversee all front desk transactions, float and till procedures, ensuring procedures are carried out in accordance with company policy
  • Ensure attention to detail and accuracy re data capture on bookings
  • Foster strong relationships with other hotel depts (Accommodation, Accounting etc)
  • Manage and supervise front office team
  • Identify, communicate and action all sales leads
  • Effective recruitment of Front Office team
  • Staff performance appraisals
  • Lead the process of strong rate management under supervision of the Group Revenue Manager

The ideal candidate will have at least two years’ experience in a similar role or very strong Reception Supervisor experience. Will be an experienced team leader as well as dedicated team player. Proficiency with Hotsoft PMS an advantage.
