This luxury four star hotel in Co. Kildare is currently recruiting a Front Office Manager to ensure a smooth and delightful guest experience from arrival through to departure. Managing a strong team, the Front Office Manager is also responsible for the continued learning and development of the team, ensuring top levels of customer service standards are maintained and the team is continually motivated to progress. This role reports to the Hotel Manager.

The ideal candidate will be a well-rounded and polished hotel professional with at least two years’ experience as Front Office / Reception Manager of a four/five star luxury property. Will be a proven team manager and motivator with excellent communication skills, written and verbal, as well as solid IT and admin skills. Please note candidates must be available for occasional weekend/ shift work.
