This award-winning hotel in Co Limerick is currently recruiting a Front Office Manager to be “the face of the hotel”, leading a dynamic front office team and ensuring smooth operations, exceptional guest experiences, and a culture of service excellence. Reporting to the Deputy GM, this is a senior-level opportunity with real impact and room to grow.
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee all front office operations with a focus on guest satisfaction, service standards and efficiency
- Lead, train and inspire your team to deliver a seamless guest journey from check-in to check-out
- Handle guest feedback, drive upselling and rate adherence, and improve overall service delivery
- Support business performance through smart rostering, reporting and KPI monitoring
- Drive staff development through appraisals, training and succession planning
What You’ll Bring:
- 3+ years in front office management or senior supervisory role, ideally in a 3/4-star hotel
- Strong leadership, communication and guest service skills
- A hands-on, can-do attitude with a focus on quality and team motivation
- Familiarity with Hotsoft and Alkimii an advantage
- Flexible, professional and guest-focused with a keen eye for detail
