Job Title: General Catering Manager
- Our client are looking for a General Manager to be responsible for the day to day operation of a unit and to ensure that the standards of health and safety are to the company and client standards.
- The successful candidate will have experience in contract catering at a high level, with food & service innovation being an essential attribute.
- This will suit someone with a hotel banqueting and events background also as client hospitality will form part of the role.
- The successful candidate will demonstrate keen financial acumen with excellent staff management skills and a proven track record of successfully motivating a team to deliver exceptional customer care.
- Flexibility to travel within locations will also be required.
