Do you love Irish hospitality but not Irish weather? We have a fabulous opportunity for a Restaurant & Bar General Manager with deep experience in the Irish hospitality market to lead operations at this recently opened, high-end bistro, wine bar and shop in Portugal’s sun-drenched Algarve.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Overall running of the business
• Projecting sales and costs
• Managing suppliers
• Maintaining strong customer relations
• Nurturing and training the front of house team

The ideal candidate will have at least five years’ experience as General Manager/ Restaurant Manager/ Operations Manager within the Irish hospitality industry with a good background in quality food & drink establishments.

Although accommodation is not included in the package, very reasonable options are readily available in the area.
