The successful candidate will be a seasoned operator with at least three years’ experience in an equivalent role (GM/ Restaurant Manager/ Bar Manager) in a high-volume, high-end dining establishment/venue. Must demonstrate a proven track record of experience in:

• Team management: training, motivation, communication
• Service delivery/Floor management
• Event management / Large venue management
• Budget/P&L/Cost control
• Ordering & stock management
• Roster management
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation (Health & Safety, licensing, hygiene)
• Genuine interest in the latest F&B trends
