This is a new, unique destination opening soon in Dublin offering premium indoor sports and leisure facilities, fully licensed bar, modern fusion food offering and elegant social areas. They now require a General Manager to ensure smooth overall operations - leisure, F&B and events – and manage the large team on site.

Key responsibilities:

  • Ensure the safe and effective management of the site and its team.
  • Uphold company standards.
  • Actively participate in all areas of the operation, maintaining required standards in daily activities.
  • Be accountable for all process and procedures within the business from daily transactions to inventory management.
  • Create an environment that is team-focused and encourage a professional and motivating atmosphere for all team members.
  • Help prepare revenue and performance reports.
  • Maintain extensive knowledge of all products, business lines and promotions.
  • Clearly and effectively communicate location needs to the CEO and other corporate representatives.

The ideal candidate will have at least three years’ General Management experience in the leisure / hospitality / F&B sector with events exposure. Must be a proven, innovative leader who can inspire and motivate the team to deliver outstanding guest experiences. Opening experience an advantage.
