Job Title: Unit General Manager
This is a unique business where catering is high volume and of a very high standard. Working closely with the Group Site Manager you will provide leadership and strategic guidance for operational and hospitality staff within a large business facility.
Your role will be to ensure high standards are achieved and maintained across a range of food and beverage outlets including restaurant and hospitality areas.
Strong leadership skills are key as this role will manage a team to include supervisors, hospitality team, chefs and front of house staff.

Working Hours will be Monday to Friday predominantly although there could be some weekend/evening hospitality events.
