The ideal candidate:

• Minimum of five years’ experience as General Manager / Restaurant Manager of a quality dining destination, opening experience an advantage.
• Deep knowledge of establishing/implementing restaurant standards and procedures.
• Excellent organisational and project management skills.
• Motivational leader with big heart for hospitality.
• Outgoing personality with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Keen financial awareness and innovative commercial mind-set.
• Knowledge of Dublin tourist market a strong advantage.
