This busy destination in Co Kildare is a local favourite serving a menu of popular classics. They now require a Grill Chef to assist the kitchen in preparing a top quality F&B offering. With a 9pm finish, there are no late nights unless an event is booked in.

The ideal candidate:

• At least two years’ experience in a similar chef role (Grill Chef / Chef de Partie / Jr Sous Chef)  within a high volume dining destination
• Solid culinary skills and kitchen operations knowledge
• Good HACCP, Hygiene and H&S knowledge
• Team player with keen interest in further developing their skills
• Genuine love of good food!
