Job Title: Group Executive Chef
This leading Dublin restaurant group known for its trendy venues and well-executed menus featuring the best of homegrown produce is now recruiting a Group Executive Chef to both guide the culinary vision and direction of the group as well as act as Head Chef at one of the venues. Day to day responsibilities will include menu development, managing kitchen financials/cost margins, training and development of staff, and ensuring all kitchen protocols are followed.
The ideal candidate will be a highly experienced Head/Executive Chef with at least five years’ experience in a Head/Executive Chef role within quality dining establishments, group experience an advantage. Must be a passionate, creative chef who is constantly seeking to innovate. Will have a proven track record of running profitable kitchens and effectively managing large teams.
