Job Title: Group HR Manager
We have a fabulous opportunity for a seasoned HR Manager / Director of HR with this market-leading Irish hospitality group. Overseeing six properties in Dublin and the Northeast of Ireland, the Group HR Manager is responsible for the successful implementation of the company’s HR strategy and for supporting the management teams in the key areas of talent attraction, development and retention.

- Employee relations

The successful candidate will have a minimum of five years’ experience in HR management within the hospitality sector, multi-site experience required. Will be a proven people manager with excellent communication and leadership skills, able to positively engage with colleagues and collaborators across all levels of business.
