We have an exciting, multi-faceted role for a Head Chef/Tutor who is a creative entrepreneur, passionate educator and talented chef all in one! This role will play a key part in the further development of this very popular cookery school. The three-pronged focus of the role will be:

• Strategic: Innovative approach to business growth/commercial success, bringing new creative ideas to the table
• Educational: cookery demonstrations requiring the vibrant personality of someone who loves being on stage and fostering passion for food in others
• Operational: management of kitchen duties and chef team (rostering, stock control, food prep etc)  

We are looking for a true aficionado who has a deep knowledge of and passion for all things food-related. You will be equal parts creative storyteller who makes a demonstration come alive and actively engages the “audience”, and effective business manager with a keen head for profit, best practices and efficient operations.
