Job Title: Head Chef
Salary: €40,000 – €45,000
This intimate wine bar’s menu is as stylish as its interior, featuring the finest of produce from its own farm as well as other local suppliers. They now seek a dynamic, creative Head Chef to further their plate menu concept with intriguing new flavours and products.
The ideal candidate will be a technically skilled chef and strong advocate of the farm to fork/garden to plate ethos with a minimum of three years’ experience as Sous Chef, or previous Head Chef experience. Must have strong teamwork ethic and the desire to become a key member of a committed team of food enthusiasts.
