Job Title: Head Chef
This popular West Dublin hotel features a bustling bar and restaurant and is known for its daily carvery menu. They also have a busy breakfast service for residents. The hotel now seeks a Head Chef to lead the kitchen team and ensure efficient kitchen operations and a quality food offering.
The ideal candidate will have at least three years’ experience as Head Chef within a hotel/dining establishment featuring all day dining. Must demonstrate excellent knowledge of all HACCP, hygiene and health & safety regulations as well as strong team leadership and motivational skills.
Please note that this role requires weekend shifts.
